How many uses will I get from my product?
Many of our products are concentrated, they don't contain any water so a little goes a long way. Typical examples; 70g deodorant tin should last 2-3 months, the 24g mask tins contain enough mask powder for 4-9 masks.
Why is there polystyrene packing peanuts in my parcel?
We use biodegradable packing peanuts in our parcels, although they look and feel like polystyrene, they are made from plant based starch! If you put one into some water it will dissolve, polystyrene would just float.
What sort of packaging do you use for posting my order?
We use padded paper envelopes (plastic free, filled with recycled paper NOT bubble wrap) and boxes to post out orders. The products are wrapped in paper or tissue to protect them in transit and we use paper tape. Most of our products come in tins which when packed will fit through a standard letter box** so hopefully you won't miss a parcel if you are out when it arrives! **except for glass bottles/jars and larger orders
